Our factory started its production and storage life in 1992 on a 250 m² indoor area. Now, our factory has a total area of 17,400 m² with a fermenting area of 8,400 m2 and a production area of 9,000 m². Our company has continued to develop and grow rapidly in the food industry and has managed to reach the kitchens of our guest workers in Europe with completely Turkish type pickle production.

Our company annually produces 800 tons of pickled baby cucumbers, 400 tons of gherkins pickled cucumbers, 500 tons of varieties of pickled peppers (jalapeno pepper, ornamental pepper, rosemary, yellow pepper, hot pepper, Greek pepper) and 700 tons of various pickled vegetables (cabbage, carrot, green tomato, capia pepper, garlic).

Our company has made continuous improvement by developing environmentally friendly studies, producing quality and safe products, protecting the consumer and the producer, and raising awareness. Our company adopts the current methods of the European Union and international standards as a baseline. Therefore, quality and food safety systems of our company are in international standards.
